Ahhhh, Carson. He is such a breath of fresh air right now. 6 months is such a great age. He loves to smile and laugh. He is almost but not quite sitting up by himself and can often be seen in the middle of the room surrounded by pillows and toys. He is still a bit of a stinker at night, waking up several times and we are coping by closing his door and turning on a loud fan in our room (can you tell its our third time around?!). He still loves his paci, smiles when his mom walks into the room, and just starting going to the church nursery and gym childcare much to the worker's delight. He often gets comments about his big blue eyes and he kicks his arms and legs in delight when I rescue him from his crib. At his 6 month appt. he was 83% height and only 13% weight though he has lots of chub on him. He just started eating food but he doesn't devour it like his big brother did. After your have your first baby, its hard to imagine an ability to love another child as much, but every time I am amazed at how much our hearts can keep growing (though Jon often reminds me that I am at capacity with our 3rd and last child :)

Ahhhh........I was so happy to see this update! I cannot believe how big Carson is getting. And I think he looks like Grandma Annie in this pic! So cute, Care, thanks for sharing your sweeties. xo
